Outside Maryland entirely?

You can still
ship it in.

Not local? Mail your tape media to Ed after confirming the project, packing instructions, and return plan.

Vintage VHS and compact tape media ready for a confirmed mail-in transfer

Not local? Mail it in.

Same care.
Different doorstep.

You don’t have to be in Anne Arundel County to get your tape media handled carefully. Ship it to the bench, and it can go through the same honest format review and transfer planning as a local inquiry. Then the agreed originals and copies ship back to you.

Before sending anything, contact Ed with the formats, approximate quantity, condition, and what you would like to receive. He will confirm whether the media is supported, the quote, timing, packaging, shipping responsibility, and return arrangements.

Before you ship

  • Photograph or inventory every cassette and handwritten label.
  • Keep each tape in its case and use a sturdy box with padding.
  • Do not mail irreplaceable originals until Ed confirms the address and project.
  • Use tracking and insure the package when appropriate.
  • Keep your receipt and shipment tracking information.

No surprise handoff

Confirm first.
Ship second.

This website does not publish a receiving address because mail-in arrangements must be confirmed with Ed for each project. A service-area page is not a storefront or shipping destination.

Do not include cash, payment-card details, or media you are not authorized to copy. Delivery, payment, cancellation, and return terms should be agreed before the package is sent.

Your past is worth pressing play.
