Effective September 29, 2026. This policy describes website inquiries to Let Me Copy That For You.
Who to contact
Email info@letmecopythatforyou.com or call (202) 657-2225 with privacy questions or requests.
What you send
The contact form collects your name, email, optional phone and community, media format, quantity, handoff preference, project details, optional referral source, and permission to contact you. Please do not include payment details, sensitive information, or private recordings.
Email and PDF copies
When you submit, the server emails your inquiry and a PDF copy to Ed at info@letmecopythatforyou.com, with a copy to his ewitles@gmail.com address. A separate confirmation with the PDF is sent to the email address you enter. Information is used to respond and discuss your project. Email providers process and store these messages and attachments. Check your email address carefully before sending.
Website storage and security
The server generates the PDF in memory and does not keep a separate submission database or a public PDF download. A temporary session cookie supports form security and prevents duplicate submissions. Session data includes a security token, timestamps, and submission status and reference, not the form contents. Anti-abuse records use keyed hashes of email and IP address with counters; expired records are removed on subsequent valid submissions after their one-hour limit window.
Preferences and providers
Your scroll-effect preference is saved in your browser’s local storage. This website includes no advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Hosting and email providers may retain operational logs and backups according to their policies. Server error logs record references and general delivery status, not your form contents.
Your choices and retention
You can call or email Ed directly instead of using the form. Ask Ed to access, correct, or delete your correspondence, or to explain its retention. Some records may be needed for active projects or legal obligations. Deleting a website session does not remove previously delivered emails or PDFs from mailboxes.
Children and changes
The website is intended for adults arranging media services. Children should ask a parent or guardian to make an inquiry. This policy may be updated as services change.
