Inquiries and quotes
Preparing or sending an inquiry does not book a service, create a payment obligation, or guarantee acceptance of your media. Compatibility, scope, price, any additional charges, timing, delivery, and return arrangements must be agreed for your project.
Your right to copy
Only provide media that you own or are authorized to reproduce. Do not request unauthorized copying of protected content. Commercial or copy-protected recordings may be declined.
Media condition and results
Older media may contain damage, missing footage, recording defects, or unsupported formats. Transfer quality depends on the source. Digitizing alone does not guarantee restoration, increased resolution, or complete recovery. Tell Ed about known damage and irreplaceable originals before agreeing to work.
Handoff and originals
Confirm the handoff location, shipping instructions if applicable, and return arrangements before sending media. Do not assume a service-area page is a storefront address. Keep an inventory of what you provide. Retain your originals and make independent backups of delivered files.
Payment, changes, and cancellations
Payment timing, cancellation arrangements, shipping charges, and any refund or rework terms must be disclosed and agreed with Ed for the specific project. No payment is collected by this website.
Website use
Do not misuse the contact form, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious material, or interfere with the website. Content and illustrative images help explain the services; they are not guarantees of results or photographs of customer projects.
